Job Overview -------------

This brand-new state-of-the-art facility is scheduled to open in July 2025. Interviews will begin in June 2025.

We are looking for technicians/mechanics who are energetic, upbeat, and have a positive attitude. The technicians we are looking for have to seek out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing whats right for our guests.

Responsibilities ----------------

• Technicians use their knowledge and skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our guests.
• Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Work as part of a team to troubleshoot customer concerns quickly and effectively.
• Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate customer concerns.
• Work together with other technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results.

Qualifications -------------

• Positive attitude and a desire to serve guests.
• 8 years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
• ASE Certifications preferred or a plan to achieve L1.
• Diesel experience preferred.
• Euro a plus.
• Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes and models of vehicles.
• Meet or exceed hourly goals.
• Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes.
• Professional appearance and strong communication.
• Desire for long-term career development.

Physical Requirements -------------------

• Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
• Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head.
• Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicles needed repair.
• Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools.
• Walk/stand for the majority of their workday.
• Drive manual transmissions vehicles.
• Efficiently navigate a computer.
