Job Overview
We are looking for technicians mechanics who are energetic and have a positive attitude. The technicians need to seek solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing whats right for our guests.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Technicians use their knowledge & skills to diagnose and fix vehicles • Continuously build experience as an Automotive Technician across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles • Complete full accurate and honest courtesy vehicle inspections • Work as part of a team to solve Guest concerns quickly and effectively • Follow and promote our high standards of safety cleanliness and organization • Work closely with Management and Advisors to effectively communicate to Guests • Positive attitude and a desire to serve Customers
Requirements
5 years of experience as an automotive technician mechanic ASE Certifications preferred Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes models of vehicles Basic computer & internet competency Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes Professional appearance and strong communication skills Drive manual transmissions vehicles Physical Requirements
Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicles needed repair Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools Walkstand for the majority of their workday
