AutoShop Recruiting is representing a respected, independently owned auto repair shop in Lexington, KY that’s built a strong reputation for honesty, high-quality repairs, and a technician-first culture. We’re seeking an experienced A-Level Technician who can handle complex diagnostics and repairs, lead by example, and keep our customers’ vehicles running at their best.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Diagnose and repair all makes and models with accuracy and efficiency
Perform advanced drivability diagnostics and electrical troubleshooting
Execute major repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, and suspension systems
Complete thorough inspections and document findings clearly
Collaborate with service advisors and team members to ensure excellent customer service
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of professional automotive repair experience
ASE certifications preferred (Master Tech a plus)
Strong diagnostic and electrical skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a high-volume shop
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
