Location: Nashville, TN (Work at Franklin, KY Shop)
Salary: $32 - $45 per hour flat rate, based on experience ($85,000 - $120,000 annual potential)

Key Skills / Experience:
- Automotive diagnostics and repair
- Routine maintenance: oil changes, tire rotations, tune-ups
- Engine, transmission, brakes, electrical, and suspension systems
- ASE or Automotive Technology certification a plus
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and teamwork
What You’ll Do:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicles
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using modern tools
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential problems
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding recommended services
- Maintain accurate service records
