What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform advanced diagnostics and complex repairs on domestic, Asian, and select European vehicles
• Hunt down electrical issues, drivability problems, intermittent faults, and all the “fun” mystery problems
• Lead by example and support less experienced technicians when they get stuck
• Assist with diagnostic strategy and troubleshooting across the shop
• Complete repairs including brakes, steering, suspension, engine, and drivetrain systems
• Use modern scan tools and diagnostic equipment effectively (not “guess-and-check” diagnostics)
• Maintain detailed repair notes and communicate clearly with service advisors
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and free from “mystery bolts”

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of hands-on automotive technician experience
• Strong electrical and diagnostic troubleshooting ability
• Experience with domestic and Asian vehicles (Euro experience is a plus)
• ASE certifications preferred
• Leadership or foreman experience is a bonus
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of repairs
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
