Responsibilities
Perform diagnostics and repairs on a variety of automotive systems, including brakes, suspension, steering, and exhaust.
- Conduct routine maintenance services, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
- Assist in advanced troubleshooting and collaborate with senior technicians on complex repairs.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with Meinekes standards and safety protocols.
- Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle status and recommended repairs.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all services performed.
- Stay current with industry trends through ongoing training.
Requirements
2 years of automotive repair experience or equivalent technical training.
- Strong understanding of brake systems, suspension, steering, and basic electrical diagnostics.
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and follow repair procedures accurately.
- High school diploma or equivalent technical certifications preferred.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual tasks.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
