Our Client, a HVAC and Refrigeration Organization company, is looking for an Automotive Technician for their Dearborn, MI location.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and prepare test environments for deployment.
  • Aluminum frame assembly
  • Harness installation
  • Module Installation
  • Software installation
  • Testing & validation
  • Package and ship systems tFord and Non Ford partners.
  • Track distribution using approved process/tools
  • Maintain operation of tool systems
  • Troubleshoot and repair tool Systems.
  • Monitor and maintain virtual service desk
  • Diagnose, update, and repair non-functional systems.
  • Manage shipping of components tour fabricators for upcoming system builds.
  • Maintain inventory and organization of tools lab
 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree – Preferred, though applicable knowledge or experience would be acceptable in place of formal education
  • Ability manage priorities, risks, and issues as they arise.
  • Ability work both independently and as a part of a group.
  • Strong communication skills both written and oral.
  • Functional understanding of automotive electrical wiring and wiring schematics
  • 2+ years of experience in electrical harness design or fabrication
  • Prior automotive or IT support.
  • Experience utilizing JIRA.
