Are you an experienced automotive technician who wants to work in a professional shop without sacrificing your personal life?
The KAR Shop is growing, and we’re looking for experienced B-Level Technicians and A-Level Master Technicians to join our team in Rogers, Arkansas.
We’re a family-owned repair shop that has been serving Northwest Arkansas since 2006, and we’ve built a reputation for treating both our customers and our employees the right way. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Diagnosing and repairing domestic and import vehicles.
- Performing advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Engine repair/replacement.
- Brake, suspension, steering, and drivability repairs.
- Electrical diagnostics.
- Maintenance services as needed.
- Communicating findings clearly with service advisors and team members.
- Helping maintain shop efficiency and quality standards.
What We’re Looking For:
B-Level Technicians:
- Strong diagnostic and repair experience.
- Able to work independently.
- Comfortable handling most common repairs.
- Desire to continue growing skills.
A-Level / Master Technicians:
- Advanced diagnostic abilities.
- Strong electrical/drivability troubleshooting skills.
- Engine/transmission repair experience preferred.
- ASE certifications are a plus.
