B Level Automotive Technician - 4-Day Workweek - $20-$25/hr + Bonuses
Location: Harrisburg, PA
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM (3-day weekends every week)
Pay Range: $20-$25 per hour (depending on experience) + tiered production bonuses

Promotive is hiring a B Level Automotive Technician for a highly respected, award-winning shop in Harrisburg, PA. This is a rare 4-day workweek opportunity — meaning you get three-day weekends every single week, not just when the schedule “works out.”

Key Responsibilities
Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Domestic, Asian, and some European vehicles
Handle brake, suspension, and steering repairs with confidence
Use modern scan tools (Autel, Snap-On) and complete DVIs through Tekmetric
Work closely with service advisors and apprentices to keep workflow efficient
Help train and mentor junior technicians (pay it forward — someone helped you once too)
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Deliver high-quality repairs with attention to detail and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
3+ years of experience as an Automotive Technician (B-Level preferred)
Ability to complete most repairs independently
Basic diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
PA State Inspection License REQUIRED
ASE certifications preferred (shop will help you earn them)
Positive, team-first attitude with leadership potential
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
