A/B Level Asian Automotive Technician | No Weekends
Location: Fort Wayne, IN
Schedule:
- Monday & Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- No Weekends
Pay: $35–$45 per Flat Rate Hour

Position Overview
We’re looking for a skilled A/B Level Technician with deep experience in Asian makes, especially Mitsubishi. This role is ideal for someone who can handle a mix of diagnostics, repairs, and R&R work while maintaining high-quality standards.
What You’ll Do
- Perform detailed inspections following manufacturer standards
- Complete maintenance, repairs, R&R, and diagnostic work
- Work primarily on:
- Mitsubishi
- All other Asian models (occasionally)
- Diagnose and repair occasional domestic and European vehicles
- Use AllData and other systems for accurate service procedures
- Document findings clearly in the shop management system
- Communicate recommendations with the Service Advisor
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace
What You Bring
- 10+ years of hands-on experience with Asian vehicles (required)
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Well-equipped with your own tools
- Experience with modern scan tools and diagnostic equipment
- ASE Certifications (preferred)
- Hybrid/EV experience (big plus)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills and professionalism
- Valid and Clean Driver's License
