What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles—mechanical and electrical—with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

You’ll:

• Diagnose issues using proper testing procedures (not guessing)
• Perform maintenance and inspections
• Handle advanced repairs as your skill level allows
• Communicate clearly with the team and service advisor
• Ensure every vehicle leaves safe, reliable, and done right

We run structured morning huddles and track performance, so you always know where you stand and how to improve.

What You’ll Earn

• $30–$45/hr (based on experience)

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 8-hour shifts
• No weekends

The Perfect Candidate

You’re a fit if you:

• Have 3+ years of automotive repair experience
• Can diagnose and repair without constant supervision
• Take pride in doing the job right the first time
• Are reliable, consistent, and fully engaged
• Work well with a team and communicate clearly

Preferred:

• ASE certification (or working toward it)
