Pay Rate: $30-$50 per Flag Hour

About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join a well-established independent repair shop in Wilmington, North Carolina. This opportunity is ideal for either an A-Level Diagnostic Technician or a strong B-Level Technician looking to continue growing their skills in a technician-focused environment.
Work in a clean, air-conditioned facility equipped with modern diagnostic technology, enjoy supportive leadership, and maintain a healthy work-life balance with a Monday-Friday schedule and no weekends.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair drivability, electrical, and engine performance concerns
- Service Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles
- Perform brake, suspension, steering, cooling system, and engine repairs
- Utilize Autel and Snap-On diagnostic equipment to accurately diagnose vehicle issues
- Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI)
- Maintain high-quality workmanship while achieving efficient productivity
- Collaborate with the team to deliver outstanding customer service
Qualifications
- Three or more years of automotive technician experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and repair abilities
- Experience in an independent repair shop preferred
- Ability to consistently produce flagged hours
- ASE Certifications are a plus
- Own professional automotive tools

- $40-$50 per flagged hour
- Annual earning potential of $83,000-$150,000+
Strong B-Level Technician
