Automotive Technician (A or B Level) – $80K–$100K+ | No Weekends | Fully Paid Benefits
Location: Waterford, MI
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No weekends)

Despite the name Waterford Radiator, we are a full-service automotive repair and maintenance shop. We service and repair all makes and models, handling everything from routine maintenance to advanced diagnostics and complex repairs. Radiator work is part of our history—not our limitation.

The Role
We’re looking for a solid A or strong B-Level Technician who can contribute to a productive, team-first environment.
A-Level Techs Will:
- Diagnose complex issues (electrical, drivability, etc.)
- Handle advanced repairs and troubleshooting
- Help lead and support the team
B-Level Techs Will:
- Perform diagnostics with guidance when needed
- Handle maintenance and mid-level repairs efficiently
- Continue developing advanced diagnostic skills
This is a key role with real opportunity to grow as the company expands.
Pay & Compensation
- $30–$40/hour base (based on experience and skill level)
- Production bonus (flagged hours over worked hours)
- On-Target Earnings: $80K–$100K+
Shop & Work Environment
- 30–50 cars per week
- Strong Average Repair Order
- Modern equipment (new scanner, hoists, BG equipment)

Qualifications
- A-Level or strong B-Level Technician
- Prior automotive repair and diagnostic experience required
- Must have your own professional automotive tools
- Diagnostic experience (basic to advanced depending on level)
- Solid mechanical and repair skills
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Motivated to grow and increase earnings
