We are looking for an experienced A or B Level Automotive Technician to join our growing team in Houston, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated technician who takes pride in producing quality work, staying organized, and working in a professional shop environment.
We are seeking someone with a strong work ethic, solid diagnostic and repair skills, and the ability to handle general maintenance and repair work on European vehicles efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities
Perform maintenance and repair work on European vehicles
Diagnose and repair drivability and mechanical concerns
Complete digital vehicle inspections (DVI) consistently
Communicate clearly with service advisors and team members
Provide accurate parts lists and repair recommendations
Maintain clean, organized, and professional work habits
Follow repair procedures and manufacturer standards
Road test vehicles when necessary, including manual transmission vehicles
Qualifications
4+ years of professional automotive repair experience
European vehicle experience preferred
A or B Level technician skillset
Strong productivity and work ethic
Professional attitude and team mentality
Experience performing general maintenance and repair work on Euro vehicles
Comfortable using DVI systems
Good communication skills
Clean and valid driver’s license required
Must be able to drive a manual transmission
Dealership experience is welcomed

Pay Plan
$25–$40/hour hybrid pay structure
$62K–$95K+ earning potential
