About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Toyota & Nissan Automotive Technician to join a busy, well-established independent repair shop in Orlando, Florida. This opportunity is ideal for an A-Level or strong B-Level Technician with extensive Toyota and Nissan experience who enjoys advanced diagnostics, problem-solving, and delivering high-quality repairs.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair Toyota, Nissan, Lexus, Infiniti, Honda, Acura, Kia, and Hyundai vehicles
- Perform advanced diagnostics involving drivability, electrical, engine performance, brake, and suspension systems
- Complete repairs from diagnosis through final quality control
- Perform Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) using Tekmetric
- Build repair estimates and prepare detailed parts lists as needed
- Utilize AllData, Identifix, ProDemand, and DrivePro diagnostic platforms
- Communicate effectively with service advisors, parts personnel, and fellow technicians
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
- Participate in ongoing technical training and professional development
Qualifications
- Five or more years of professional automotive repair shop experience
- A-Level Technician or strong B-Level Technician experience
- Strong Toyota and Nissan repair and diagnostic experience preferred
- Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills (A-Level)
- Ability to independently diagnose and repair a high percentage of assigned vehicles
- Kia and Hyundai experience is a plus
- ASE Certifications preferred but not required
- Experience with Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) and shop management software is a plus
- Must have professional automotive tools
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compensation & Benefits
A-Level Technician
- $35-$45 per flat rate hour based on experience and skill level
B-Level Technician
- $30-$35 per flat rate hour based on experience and skill level
