This opportunity offers a guaranteed hourly base pay with production incentives, earning potential of $80,000–$110,000+ annually, and a Monday through Friday schedule with no weekend work. Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles.
• Perform automotive maintenance and repair services with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Accurately diagnose vehicle concerns and recommend appropriate repairs.
• Work independently while contributing to a collaborative, team-oriented shop environment.
• Maintain professional communication with teammates throughout the repair process.
• Help deliver high-quality repairs that build customer trust and support shop growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Strong diagnostic skills across Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles.
• Pennsylvania State Safety Inspection License required.
• Pennsylvania Emissions License preferred.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Positive attitude with a team-first approach.
• Strong professionalism and communication skills.
