Introduction
We are seeking experienced Automotive Technicians to join a busy, well-established independent repair shop in Raytown, Missouri. This is an excellent opportunity for A-Level and strong B-Level Technicians looking to maximize their earning potential while working in a clean, air-conditioned facility with a Monday through Friday schedule and no weekends. Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair vehicles from start to finish across a variety of makes and models.
- Perform automotive diagnostics, drivability diagnostics, and electrical system troubleshooting.
- Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) with accurate documentation and repair recommendations.
- Perform repairs efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship and quality.
- Communicate effectively with team members to support efficient workflow.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
- A-Level Technician or strong B-Level Technician experience.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience performing Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs).
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
- Dependable, quality-focused, and committed to continuous professional development.
Compensation & Benefits
- Flat-Rate Pay:
- B-Level Technician: $40–$45 per flagged hour
- A-Level Technician: $50–$75 per flagged hour
- Strong earning potential in a consistently busy shop.
