Automotive Technician (A/B Level)
Location: Poteau, OK
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Earning Potential: $52,000 – $88,000+ (Based on Productivity)
Position Overview
We’re looking for a skilled Automotive Technician (A/B Level) to join our growing team in Poteau, OK.
Whether you’re a developing technician building your diagnostic skills or an experienced A-Level tech who can handle jobs from start to finish, this is an opportunity to grow in a well-equipped, high-performing shop.

Compensation
- $33–$42/hr flat rate (based on experience) A level
- $25-$31/hr flat rate (based on experience) B Level
- 30-hour guarantee for the first two months
Experience Levels
B-Level Technician
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience
- Strong foundation in:
- Brakes
- Suspension
- Drivability
- Basic diagnostics
- Eager to grow diagnostic and repair skills
A-Level Technician
- 6+ years of experience
- 3+ years of diagnostic experience
- Ability to complete jobs from start to finish independently
- Strong experience with:
- Heavy line work
- Diesel engines
- Transmissions
- Engine repair/replacement
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles
- Perform work from basic repairs to advanced diagnostics (based on skill level)
- Complete jobs efficiently with a focus on quality and low comebacks
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Communicate effectively with team members and service advisors
