About Bryans Road Crown

Bryans Road Crown is looking for an experienced Automotive Technician to join our growing team in Southern Maryland.

If you enjoy advanced diagnostics, electrical troubleshooting, and solving problems other shops can't, you'll have the opportunity to do exactly that while working alongside an experienced, supportive team.

Our technicians stay busy, work with modern diagnostic equipment, and have the freedom to focus on quality repairs—not just routine maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex electrical, drivability, and emissions concerns
• Perform advanced diagnostic testing and troubleshooting
• Complete major engine repairs and other complex mechanical work
• Perform Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI)
• Document vehicle condition and repair recommendations
• Communicate repair findings with the service team
• Produce approximately 30–50 billable hours per week
• Deliver accurate, high-quality repairs the first time

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to independently diagnose and complete complex repairs
• Maryland State Inspector License preferred
• Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) experience preferred
• ASE Certifications preferred
• Independent repair shop experience preferred
• Dealership technicians with strong diagnostic experience are encouraged to apply
