Your Role in the Shop
- Diagnose and repair vehicles across multiple makes and models
- Install and service remote start systems (REQUIRED)
- Keep jobs flowing from check-in → repair → completion
- Accurately source and order parts without delays
- Clock time and manage jobs through a fully digital RO system
- Stay productive and maintain high-quality standards

✅ What You Bring to the Table
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on technician experience
- Solid diagnostic ability (not guesswork or parts swapping)
- Proven ability to install remote start systems (required)
- Confidence using:
- Digital repair orders
- Electronic time tracking
- Parts lookup/order platforms
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Reliable and focused on consistent output
