Euro Motorworks is a well-established, high-performing European automotive repair facility in the Indianapolis area is looking to add an experienced European Technician to the team.
This is a rare opportunity to join a modern, fully equipped shop that competes directly with dealerships—offering dealer-level tools, technology, and expertise, but with a stronger focus on customer relationships and quality service. This family owned shop has a strong history with 33 years in business and consistent work for their technicians.
What You’ll Be Working On
- Working on European vehicles
- Some diagnostics skills
- Full job ownership—from inspection to completion
- High-end clientele who value quality over price
Compensation & Schedule
- $45 – $50/hour (flat rate)
- $117k to $150k Earning Potential
- 40-hour weekly guarantee
- Paid biweekly
- Monday – Friday schedule (no weekends)

What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years automotive repair experience
- 2+ years European experience
- Strong diagnostic ability
- Comfortable using Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI)
- Ability to handle jobs start-to-finish
- Professional, organized, and team-oriented
- Valid driver’s license (clean record)
