Automotive Technician (A or B Level) – $80K–$100K+ | No Weekends | 100% Paid Benefits
Location: Waterford, MI
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No weekends)

Despite the name Waterford Radiator, we are a full-service automotive repair and maintenance facility.
We service and repair all makes and models, handling everything from routine maintenance and inspections to advanced diagnostics and complex mechanical and electrical repairs.
Radiator work is part of our history—not our limitation.

The Role
We are seeking a A-Level or strong B-Level Automotive Technician who thrives in a productive, team-focused environment.
A-Level Technician Responsibilities:
- Diagnose complex drivability and electrical issues
- Perform advanced mechanical and system repairs
- Support and mentor other technicians
- Handle high-level troubleshooting independently
B-Level Technician Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and mid-level repairs efficiently
- Assist with diagnostics and continue skill development
- Grow into advanced diagnostic capability over time
This is a key role in a shop that is actively scaling.
Compensation
- $30–$40/hour base pay (based on experience and skill level)
- Production bonus (flag hours vs. worked hours)
- On-target earnings: $80K–$100K+
Shop Environment
- 30–50 vehicles per week
- Strong average repair order
- Modern diagnostic tools and equipment (scanners, lifts, BG equipment, etc.)
- Clean, organized, professional facility

- Strong diagnostic and repair background required
- Electrical and drivability experience preferred (A-Level)
