Store Manager in Training

Delaney Tire & Auto is seeking a driven, experienced leader with an entrepreneurial mindset to oversee daily shop operations and grow into a full Store Manager role. This position is responsible for the overall performance of the store—including profitability, team leadership, customer experience, and operational excellence.


What You’ll Do:


  •  Lead, schedule, and develop a high-performing service team 
  •  Consult with customers on vehicle inspections, service recommendations, and pricing 
  •  Manage store financials, including P&L performance and sales goals 
  •  Oversee inventory, ordering, and basic accounting functions 
  •  Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant facility 
  •  Drive customer retention and build long-term relationships 
What We’re Looking For:


  •  2+ years of store or automotive service management experience 
  •  Strong automotive knowledge and comfort with POS/shop management systems 
  •  Proven ability to lead, hire, and coach a team to meet performance goals 
  •  Strong communication and customer service skills 
  •  College degree or relevant coursework is a plus
