What You Bring
- Proven sales track record - Youve hit targets and beaten goals.
- Leadership experience - Youve managed a team, developed people, and held them accountable.
- Hunger to earn - Youre motivated by performance-based pay, not a salary ceiling.
- Automotive background - Highly preferred but not required; well teach the product if you bring the sales instinct.
- Tech comfort - Familiar with POS or shop management software (Tekmetric a plus). MS Office proficient.
- Valid drivers license - Clean driving record required.
