Schedule: 5-Day Work Week (Monday–Saturday rotation)
Pay: $1,000–$1,500 weekly base (depending on experience) + commission
Earning Potential: $100K+ annually (with commissions)

Position Summary
Promotive is hiring a driven and experienced Automotive Service / Shop Manager for a high-volume, top-performing repair shop in Stratham, NH. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong sales leader who knows how to run an efficient, profitable shop while delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily shop operations with a focus on sales, efficiency, and profitability
- Greet customers, assess vehicle concerns, and present repair recommendations confidently
- Build estimates and sell maintenance and repair services
- Manage workflow between service advisor and technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Monitor KPIs including car count, ARO, and gross sales
- Utilize Tekmetric for shop management, digital vehicle inspections, and service writing
- Maintain strong communication with customers throughout the repair process
- Foster a positive, team-oriented environment focused on performance and accountability
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Service Manager, Shop Manager, or high-performing Service Advisor
- Proven ability to sell automotive services and increase shop revenue
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using shop management software and DVIs
- Solid understanding of shop operations, workflow, and profitability
- Self-motivated with the ability to lead and collaborate with a team
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
- State inspection license preferred, not required
- ASE certifications not required
