Job SummaryOur fast-growing automotive protection company is seeking a motivated
Sales Representative to drive growth through retail clients and dealership partnerships. This role involves lead follow-up, in-person consultations, outbound prospecting, and maintaining strong client relationships.
We are looking for someone who is profesional, coachable, energetic and passionate about the automotive industry . Experience in automotive sales, detailing, tint or PPF is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities - Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone, text, email and social media.
- Conduct consultations and educate clients on PPF, Ceramic Coatings, Window Tint, Vinyl Wraps an detailing services.
- Follow up consistently with warm and cold leads to maximize conversion rates.
- Close high-ticket services while maintaining a premium customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, estimates and sales activity through our company CRM
- Protect and elevate the company's brand image at all time
- Use strong negotiation skills to complete the sales process while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Qualifications- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Valid state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record are required
- Prior sales experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage time and serve customers with little supervision
