Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operations of a high-volume automotive repair shop.
- Manage workflow to maximize technician productivity and shop efficiency.
- Supervise, coach, and support a team of 5-6 technicians.
- Recruit, train, develop, and retain team members.
- Conduct performance reviews and staffing decisions.
- Prepare repair estimates and coordinate parts ordering.
- Present repair recommendations and help customers make informed decisions.
- Monitor sales, gross profit, and overall shop performance.
- Control operating costs while maintaining exceptional service.
- Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment.
- Build lasting relationships with customers through outstanding communication and service.

- Previous experience managing an automotive repair shop.
- Strong automotive repair knowledge.
- Proven leadership and team development experience.
- Experience writing estimates and selling automotive repair services.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
