• An individual with 3+ years of experience leading a team of 5+ employees (Technicians and Service Advisors) in a high-volume automotive environment
• Comfortable working in a performance-based environment where your compensation is tied to hitting specific KPIs, such as sales targets, labor efficiency, and GP margins

The Mission: Your Core Responsibilities

In this role, you have total "Command and Control" over your location. Your objective is simple: Operational Excellence.

• Own the Shop: Take 100% responsibility for the P&L, daily output, and long-term health of your location.
• Build the Bench: Actively mentor and upskill your crew, turning every team member into a top-tier professional.
• Execute for Profit: Drive revenue through disciplined sales processes and meticulous cost management.
• Perfect the Journey: Oversee the customer experience from the first "hello" to the final vehicle hand-off.
• Standardize Success: Maintain a "white-glove" standard for shop cleanliness, safety, and technical workflow.
• Strategize with Leadership: Work directly with the executive team to smash KPIs and scale our brand footprint.
