Minimum 1 year of automotive service advisor experience (2+ years preferred)
Outstanding customer service and communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Positive, professional attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership
Strong sales and relationship-building skills
Computer proficiency
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Schedule
Responsibilities include:
Greet customers professionally and build lasting relationships
Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document repair needs
Schedule service appointments efficiently
Prepare repair orders and maintenance recommendations
Present estimates and explain repairs in an easy-to-understand manner
Maintain communication throughout the repair process
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely, quality repairs
Follow up after service to ensure complete customer satisfaction
Help achieve departmental sales, CSI, and efficiency goals
