Service Writer's Responsibilities:

• Represent the business to the customer.
• Direct the team and individual team members to produce high levels of customer service.
• Handle all aspects of the customer experience, including gathering all information required to repair the vehicle.
• Perform all tasks consistent with the values of the business.

We are looking 1 highly trained service writer.

If you are a dealership service writer, we will need to see your CSI numbers.
