We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Automotive Warranty Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing warranty claims, ensuring compliance with warranty policies, and providing excellent customer service. Duties • Process and manage warranty claims, ensuring timely and accurate resolution • Review warranty policies and procedures to ensure compliance • Analyze and report on warranty claim data to identify trends and areas for improvement • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve warranty-related issues • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve warranty-related issues in a timely and professional manner • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of warranty claims and resolutions • Assist with warranty-related training and development programs • Stay up-to-date with warranty policies and procedures, and make recommendations for process improvements
Skills • Experience in warranty administration or a related field • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software • High attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information • Knowledge of warranty policies and procedures • Experience with warranty management software and systems • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
