Large Parts Inventory with dedicated Service and parts personnel
Dealer Owner is directly involved in the daily operations of the Service Center.
Job Responsibilities :
- Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy
- Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair.
- Server error, please try again later
- Communicate with Parts Department to obtain needed parts.
- Examine vehicle to determine if additional safety or service work is required.
- Prepare an accurate estimate of work required.
- Advise service advisor of diagnosis, and if additional work is needed.
- Document work performed and /or needed on repair order as per dealer and manufacturer requirements.
- Attend training classes and meeting as required.
- Familiarize him/herself with all technical service bulletins and recalls.
- Follow all safety rules and use proper safety equipment .
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or the equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Personal tools.
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Good attitude and willingness to work
- General mechanical skills.
