Trophy Nissan is seeking experienced A & B Level Automotive Service Technicians to join our high-volume service department in Mesquite, Texas, serving the greater Dallas–Fort Worth market. This role is ideal for technicians who take pride in quality workmanship, work efficiently, and want consistent hours, strong earning potential, and long-term stability.

As an A or B Level Service Technician, you will diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently and accurately while maintaining manufacturer and dealership standards. You will work alongside experienced advisors and technicians in a fast-paced environment designed to support productivity and quality.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and driveability issues
Perform maintenance, repair, and warranty work according to manufacturer standards
Accurately document repairs and recommendations
Maintain productivity, quality, and efficiency standards
Collaborate with service advisors to communicate repair needs
Keep work area clean, safe, and organized
Follow all dealership and safety procedures
A or B Level Automotive Technician experience required
ASE certifications preferred
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High attention to detail and quality workmanship
Valid driver’s license
