Responsibilities include:
- Leading service department operations to maximize profitability and efficiency
- Driving labor sales, gross profit, and shop throughput
- Managing technicians, service advisors, and workflow
- Improving CSI and customer retention
- Overseeing warranty and manufacturer compliance
- Developing team performance and fostering a culture of accountability
- Collaborating with Parts and Sales to enhance overall dealership performance
Qualifications:
- Prior Service Manager or strong Assistant Service Manager experience
- Proven leadership in high-volume service environments
- Strong understanding of fixed operations metrics
- Excellent coaching, communication, and customer-facing skills
- Experience with dealership DMS systems
Preferred experience:
- Medium/Heavy Duty vehicles
- Ford dealership or fleet service experience
- Multi-line or high-volume dealership operations
