Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of skilled automotive technicians, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversee the daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficiency and high-quality workmanship.
- Diagnose and confirm vehicle problems, providing clear and accurate repair estimates to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Manage inventory of parts and supplies, ordering as needed and maintaining optimal stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Drive business growth through exceptional service and strategic management.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of automotive repair experience.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within an automotive service center.
- Strong understanding of automotive diagnostics, repair procedures, and parts.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using shop management software and diagnostic tools.
- Valid Driver's License.
