We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Automotive Service Consultant to join our service team. The Service Consultant acts as the primary liaison between customers and technicians—ensuring clear communication, accurate documentation, and an outstanding service experience from check-in to vehicle delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival
  • Accurately document customer concerns and vehicle information
  • Provide service recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines and technician findings
  • Prepare and explain repair estimates, timelines, and maintenance needs
  • Communicate regularly with customers regarding vehicle status updates
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow
  • Review completed work orders with customers and ensure satisfaction
  • Promote additional maintenance services when appropriate
  • Maintain CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) standards

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of automotive systems and maintenance
  • Proficiency with dealership management software
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
