Service Receptionist / Cashier

Nissan Hillside – Hillside, New Jersey

Nissan Hillside is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer‑focused Service Receptionist / Cashier to be the welcoming face of our service department. What You’ll Do

  • Greet customers in person and by phone with a warm, professional attitude
  • Process payments accurately and complete daily cashier reports
  • Manage service appointments and assist with scheduling or rescheduling
  • Communicate with customers via phone, text, email, and CRM to resolve questions
  • Document customer concerns and escalate issues when needed
  • Support the service team to ensure a smooth, positive customer experience

 

What You Bring

  • Strong communication skills—clear, kind, and confident

  • Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to stay focused in a fast‑moving environment
  • Experience supporting customers in person or over the phone (minimum 1 year preferred)

  • Openness to feedback and a desire to grow
  • Availability to work Monday through Saturday, with flexibility for holidays or peak periods
  • Comfort using computers, multitasking, and navigating tools like Microsoft Office
  • Pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace
