Job Description

Service BDC Guest Relations – Subaru Huntington

Creating a positive first impression is key to delivering an exceptional automotive service experience. As a Guest Relations Representative, you will be the friendly and knowledgeable point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their service needs. This role offers a competitive base salary plus commission, providing strong earning potential based on performance.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate service appointments
  • Proactively follow up on upcoming or overdue service needs
  • Maintain precise and up-to-date records within the CRM system
  • Cultivate strong relationships with teammates, service personnel, and dealership management
  • Engage in team and process development sessions to drive efficiency and improve service delivery

 

Qualifications

  • Reliable, self-motivated, and ambitious mindset preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Strong listening and empathy skills to support customer interactions
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Minimum of one year of customer-facing service or telephone support experience
  • Friendly, enthusiastic, and dependable with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Open to constructive feedback for ongoing growth and development
  • Strong computer and multitasking skills
