Salary Range: $60000.00 - $90000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and ensure a smooth check-in process for their vehicles.
• Listen attentively to customer concerns and accurately translate them into service orders.
• Clearly communicate vehicle diagnoses and recommended repairs to customers in an understandable way.
• Provide accurate estimates for services and parts, and obtain customer approval.
• Maintain open lines of communication with customers regarding the status of their vehicle repairs.
• Build rapport and trust with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
• Collaborate effectively with the service team to ensure efficient workflow and quality repairs.

• Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or Writer.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively diagnose and explain vehicle issues to customers.
• Proficiency with automotive repair software and systems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• A positive attitude and a desire to build lasting customer relationships.
• Valid Driver's License.
