Are you a strong communicator who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and working in a high-energy environment? We are looking for a motivated Automotive Service Advisor to join our service team.

As a Service Advisor, you are the connection between the customer and the technician. You will guide customers through their service visit, set clear expectations, communicate repair recommendations, and help deliver a professional, positive experience from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers with professionalism and urgency.
• Listen carefully to customer concerns and document them accurately.
• Create clear, detailed repair orders.
• Communicate inspection results, maintenance needs, repair timelines, and pricing.
• Work closely with technicians, parts, and management to keep vehicles moving.
• Follow up with customers throughout the repair process.
• Build trust by setting accurate expectations for diagnostics, repairs, recalls, and maintenance.
• Review service history and present needed maintenance recommendations.
• Help drive customer satisfaction, retention, and department growth.
• Be part of a team that values accountability, communication, and results.

What We’re Looking For

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a busy service drive.
• Professional appearance and dependable attendance.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with technology.
• Automotive experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.
• Valid driver’s license required and pre hire background check.

Schedule

Full-time position. Some Saturdays may be required.
