Action Auto Service Inc is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team at our Seneca, PA location, just a short drive from Oil City.
In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, helping guide them through the repair process while ensuring clear communication between the customer and our technicians.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and evaluate their automotive service needs
- Explain recommended repairs and maintenance clearly and professionally
- Provide accurate estimates and keep customers informed throughout the repair process
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient service workflow
- Maintain detailed records of service recommendations and customer communication
- Recommend additional services when appropriate based on vehicle condition
- Assist in keeping the service department organized and running efficiently
- Address customer questions or concerns to ensure a positive experience
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive service advising or service writing
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance services
- Excellent customer communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work closely with technicians and support staff
- Experience recommending additional services to customers
- Familiarity with automotive shop management software is a plus
- Passion for the automotive industry and commitment to professional growth
