Responsibilities

Customer Interaction: Welcome customers warmly and provide exceptional service, fostering a positive and inviting atmosphere.

Service Consultation: Engage with customers to understand their automotive service needs and provide expert advice on maintenance and repair options.

Scheduling Appointments: Efficiently manage service appointments to ensure smooth operations and minimize customer wait times.

Service Orders: Accurately prepare estimates and service orders, clearly communicating costs and timelines to customers.

Liaison Role: Act as a liaison between customers and the service team, ensuring clear communication and timely updates on service status.

Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and address any further service needs or questions.


Requirements

Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field, preferably within the automotive industry.

Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.

Technical Knowledge: Understanding of automotive technology and the ability to discuss vehicle issues and repairs with customers.

Problem-Solving: Ability to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and options.
