Bridgewater Motorworks – Bridgewater, New Jersey
Bridgewater Motorworks is seeking a full-time, customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, personable, and strong with follow-through.


Position Overview
As a Service Advisor, you will be the key link between our customers and technicians—ensuring clear communication, accurate service recommendations, and a premium customer experience from start to finish.


Compensation
·         Base Salary: $55,000 – $60,000
·         Bonus: Percentage of GP (potential additional $12,000+ based on prior year)

Qualifications
·         Previous sales experience is required
·         Automotive knowledge preferred, but not required for the right person
·         Strong communication and customer service skills
·         Organized, dependable, and team-oriented
·         Comfortable guiding customers through service recommendations and approvals
