We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to serve as the main contact between customers and the shop, ensuring a smooth service experience.
Responsibilities include greeting customers, assessing vehicle needs, providing clear maintenance and repair recommendations, preparing estimates and invoices, coordinating with technicians, and managing shop operations.
The role requires strong communication, organizational, and sales skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships.
The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30AM-5:30PM, with occasional overtime.
Qualifications include a high school diploma, 2+ years of automotive customer service or sales experience, and a valid driver’s license.
