We are seeking a mid-level Service Advisor for our Ford dealership to provide an exceptional guest experience and drive service business growth.
Responsibilities include greeting guests, performing vehicle walk-arounds, collecting and inputting vehicle information, diagnosing concerns, verifying warranty coverage, recommending maintenance, preparing estimates, updating guests on progress, and ensuring quality surveys.
Job requirements include a high school diploma or GED, clean driving record, excellent communication, organizational skills, ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for customer satisfaction and sales. Service advisor experience is a plus.
