Automotive Service Advisor
Welcome to Infiniti of Charlotte Inc, where we are seeking a dedicated Automotive Service Advisor to join our team in Matthews, NC. As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and acting as a liaison between customers and our automotive technicians.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries and service requests
- Recommend and explain needed automotive services to customers
- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers
- Communicate effectively with automotive technicians to ensure timely completion of service
Requirements:
- Prior experience in automotive service advisory roles
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of automotive services and maintenance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
