What We're Looking For:
Minimum 2+ years of Service Advisor experience (Hyundai or other new-car dealership experience strongly preferred).
Proven ability to communicate effectively with customers and technicians.
Strong understanding of automotive technology and repair processes.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage workflow, schedule repairs, and provide accurate cost estimates.
Key Responsibilities:
