Job Description:
The Service Advisor is responsible for communicating in timely manner with customer, vendors and store team to facilitate a timely completion of order.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serving customers and build a loyal customer base.
- Listen to each customer in order to understand their needs, concerns, problems and develop solutions best for their situation and vehicle Serve as liaison between technicians and customers
- Educate customers on all of the services and products available
- Enter all customer data into the work orders and customer files accurately and completely.
- Communicate regularly with all customers throughout their time at the store to ensure they are made aware of the progress and status of their order
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
