We are seeking a Service Advisor to manage the customer experience in our busy service drive.
Responsibilities include overseeing the flow of the drive lane, ensuring prompt and courteous service, providing support for customer inquiries, and efficiently distributing work among technicians.
Ideal candidates have an organized, friendly personality, dealership experience, knowledge of drive lane operations, and the ability to manage others. A valid driver’s license is required, and experience with CDK or AutoLive is a plus.
