SERVICE ADVISOR: Our Service Advisors take ownership of the customer experience in the service lane and are the first point of contact as it relates to vehicle status, repairs, and diagnostics. They are well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling and customer service, and contribute to our team by: - Promptly and professionally answering service calls, and setting and confirming appointments
- Accurately and thoroughly writing repair orders
- Acting as a reliable, responsive liaison between the technician and customer
- Patiently and thoroughly assisting our customers through the service process.
- Collaborating with team members for loaner availability, proper warranty processing and disclosure
